Priorities

In keeping with the legacy of its founders, the William & Sheila Konar Foundation supports organizations, programs, and institutions making progress in five key areas. These areas are inextricably linked to the lived experience of William and Sheila Konar. By supporting programs in these areas, the Konar Foundation strives to improve the lives of individuals and elevate communities.

Pre-K Through 12 Education

Education is the door to opportunity for individuals, and well-educated citizens are key to civil society. We believe that every child, regardless of race, ethnicity, or family income, deserves access to the best possible education. We hope to help our community’s public schools overcome their educational challenges, and to create opportunities for better learning and advancement for all students. Learn More >
